Black Friday @ Gothenburg, Sweden

I actually lack sleep because I was waiting for my friend Jamila to arrive from Asker. After 4 hours wait (around 0145), Jam arrived through a connecting bus and train since there was no direct trip from Asker to Knapstad. Then came friday. It was actually black friday but my cousin and her family decided to drive to Gothenburg City to take a peek at the famous Universeum. We woke up early... around 7am and hurried because we were leaving at 8am. I took a shower and dressed up. I had to sit with Ate Kyang2x since there was no space at Ate Chona's car.

We passed by Elvestad-Moss-Sarpsborg-Halden-Svinesund before we stopped at Preem Gasoline Station and bought some drinks and spray candies there. After 30 minutes of picture taking, we were again on our way to Gothenburg,. At last, after 4 hours drive we arrived at the Universeum at Gothenburg. The place was relatively nice and costs 160 SEK for one adult. You can find a tropicarium with monkeys butterflies, snakes etc, aquariums with different shark species and fishes and also tanks with marine invertebrates. At the shop, one can buy souvenirs as well as a ring that will tell the kind of mood you are having at the moment... enjoy some pictures...

Ever since I was a child, I dream of travelling across the world. During my childhood days, I was given the chance to travel around the Philippines reaching Baguio City in the north and Zamboanga City in the south. During my college years, I became active in a religious organization called CFC-Youth for Christ and CFC-Singles for Christ and was able to attend conferences around the Philippines. I graduated as a nurse with flying colors and dreamt of working in the US. But because of the retrogression, I found myself here in Norway, a beautiful country rich with natural resources. In addition, I was able to find work and also travel across EUROPE. This blogsite contains my adventures as a solo traveller as well as travels together with my family and friends. I hope I can inspire the young travellers get hold of their dreams and enjoy the luxury of cheap travel....
