Week 1 - Lifestyle Changes

Week 1 was not that hard. I hade to think positive and plan my days. I started working out once again and went crosscounty skiing. Since I am a beginner, I had to learn skiing techniques from YouTube and was able to do the freestyle technique. All in all, I was able to ski 30kms this week... Not including today's tour.

One year Challenge

I have decided to be a better version of myself exactly the same time next year.
Current status:
Weight: 116,4kg
Height:175cm
BMI:38

My goal is to reduce my BMI to 29. This mens need to weigh at last 88.5kg the same time next year. I hope I will reach my goal and get support from my family and friends. I am doing this became of health issues.
