Week 1 was not that hard. I hade to think positive and plan my days. I started working out once again and went crosscounty skiing. Since I am a beginner, I had to learn skiing techniques from YouTube and was able to do the freestyle technique. All in all, I was able to ski 30kms this week... Not including today's tour.
